Grace has a Business degree and certificate in accounting from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington. She was a Tax Advisor and Instructor with H&R Block for twelve years and has been an Enrolled Agent for the past six years, a designation that allows her to represent taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service.

Having previously worked in real estate and the tax office at the same time, Grace has a wealth of specialized knowledge for real estate professionals and investors. She loves to prepare her clients so that there are no nasty surprises come tax time.

When she's not working to make her clients' financial lives less stressful, Grace is often found on the sidelines of one of her children's soccer games or dance recitals, volunteering in their schools or emceeing her family's lip sync battles.
